Bio

Cameron is Managing Director, Talent for Longview Innovation, a role she has held since 2016. She oversees all human capital initiatives for the platform and its portfolio investments as well as marketing, communications, and portfolio operations.

Prior to joining Longview, Cameron held talent and commercial roles at Renmatix, Inc., a Kleiner Perkins-backed renewable materials company. Cameron also worked at Heidrick & Struggles, placing C-level and senior management executives in early-stage, mid-cap, and Fortune 100 companies across the technology, industrial, consumer, and life science sectors.

She received her BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania and an MS from Columbia University.
