Bio

Alexandra joined Longview Innovation in 2023 and is responsible for helping the firm meet the talent acquisition and human capital needs for the platform and portfolio.

Alexandra comes to Longview from recruiting firm Park Square Executive Search, where she oversaw research and conducted searches for private equity and venture-backed companies in the technology, life science, higher education, and sustainability industries.

Alexandra holds a BA in international relations from Colgate University.
